When lockdown first began in the UK and I had finished my degree at university, I found myself struggling to get motivated to create. I had spent so long creating for projects throughout my education that I suddenly had all this time to create whatever I wanted and this is when I looked back into illustration. I had seen this style of illustrations on social media and had been drawn to how beautiful they looked with the simplicity of the joining lines and the occasional pop of colour.
This was a project that I thoroughly enjoyed and continue to enjoy creating pieces for in my spare time, that I got some designs printed and made them available to be purchased on my Etsy shop.
